Hoover CS Cargo Valve Intermediate Bulk Containers are designed to hold, transport, and discharge flammable or combustible liquids from a trailer or flatbed truck. Our Cargo Valve IBC totes comply with DOT’s Special Provision 21260, commonly referred to as the pump-off special permit.

- 3-point-closure emergency shut-off assembly starts with a 3” (76.2 mm) spring type valve mounted inside the container, 2” (50.8 mm) ball valve with a cam-groove connection provides second point of closure, followed by a 2” (50.8 mm) dust cap
