Hoover CS Cargo Valve Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) are designed to hold, transport, and discharge flammable or combustible liquids from a trailer or flatbed truck. Our Cargo Valve IBCs comply with DOT’s Special Provision 21260, commonly referred to as the pump-off special permit.

  • 22″ (558.8 mm) top opening/manway with fill port, EPDM gasket, Zinc-plated bolted clamp ring, formed neck
  • 3″ (76.2 mm) stainless-steel pressure vacuum relief fill cap
  • 2″ (50.8 mm) top fill bung with EPDM gasket
  • 3-point-closure emergency shut-off assembly starts with a 3” (76.2 mm) spring type valve mounted inside the container, 2” (50.8 mm) ball valve with a cam-groove connection provides second point of closure, followed by a 2” (50.8 mm) dust cap
  • Available in 350-gallon (1,325 liter) and 500-gallon (1,893 liter)
