HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hoover CS, a leading provider of sustainable packaging and fleet management solutions, announced today, May 25, 2021, that Preston Davis has been named CFO. Davis joined the company in November and most recently served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting.

In his new role, Davis will oversee the financial strategy for Hoover CS and be responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and shared services.
Prior to joining Hoover CS, Davis served as Director of Finance – Industrial Division for Ecolab, based in Poland, where he was responsible for all commercial financial activities related to the division’s $1.2B portfolio in Europe.
Davis’ appointment follows a strategic shift in the company’s strategy towards the support of sustainability and environmental responsibility in industrial packaging. As part of this shift, the Company has streamlined its offering to focus on reusable liquid and dry container products, logistics and service support.
